LPA ePIA verzija

Kancelarija za informacione tehnologije i elektronsku upravu (KIITEU) has developed a digital tool called LPA ePIA Verzija to aid individuals in creating Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) documents electronically.

LPA is a legal document used in the UK that permits an individual to authorize someone else to make decisions on their behalf if they become incapable of making those decisions themselves. To create an LPA document, the individual must answer several legal questions and secure a witness signature.

LPA ePIA Verzija offers an easy-to-use interface to individuals to create LPA forms electronically, in a simplified manner. The tool includes a series of prompts and guidance to ensure that the correct information is entered into the document. They can then save, edit and download the forms as needed.

This digital tool is part of KIITEU's overarching goal to modernize and digitize the legal system in order to make it more accessible and efficient for citizens using electronic means.

LPA ePIA Verzija is a significant step forward in enabling citizens to quickly create LPA documents electronically, rather than through traditional paper-based processes.
